We got one of the Thunderbird electric fences for dogs.
Nothing else would work and one of my mates told me about them and how well they work.
My dog will not go near the fence now so i have full confidence that the electric fence is the best way to keep my dog safe and off the streets. |

Daken has just released a new and very affordable battery electric fence energiser, the BT2.
DAKEN BT2
2KM / 12 Volt Battery energiser
Ideal for horses. Great for temporary fencing because it is easily moved & carried. Economical enough to make small fenced areas around dams, barns, hay stacks, etc.
A new compact design, the BT2 is a compact model to suit those small jobs around your property or as a handy stand by. The practical and convenient operation combined with the hardiness to withstand Australian conditions makes the BT2 a real winner!
This DAKEN energizer is built to the same high quality standards as the rest but has minimal features to keep costs down.
Great price. Great performance.

Yes Badzy,
Like all electric fences you need to take into consideration the weak and the elderly, whos bodies might not be able to handle the sudden stress it puts on them.
While a shock from an electric fence is safe on these bodies most of the time there is still the chance for a dangerous situation to arise(more so than a fit stable body). _________________ Visit our website at http://www.electricfenceaustralia.com.au/ |

Electric fences are not recommended for dogs. It would definitely harm your dog and there are chances that your dog might go mad by a mild shock (imagine a Rottweiler )
Electric fences are generally meant for horses and not dogs. You can either construct a chain link fence or a wooden fence to avoid your dog being hurt. _________________ Viking Fence |
